I am such an inactive person, but mainly because the area I live in isn't the type where you can go for walks or run. Do you have any advice on how I can lose weight at home? And my family eats bad so we always have crap food in the house, how can I avoid it? (I know you're not a diet blog, but hey I'm asking for advice.) asked by Anonymous

hehe I said ask whatever you like, so this is great! depending on your age, i definitely would not recommend hard core dieting, but it sounds as though you have the right idea with exercise and eating healthy, which is exactly what you need to be doing! do you have a wii or a running machine or even a cd player? on the wii you could do ‘just dance’ (great fun and a good workout) zumba etc, and running machine is obvious (running) or you could always buy a yoga or aerobic cds! I love you, its so relaxing and it a really good workout for your muscles! Food wise, try and introduce more fruit and veg that you actually like, and try and stop snacking, or if you do eat more fruit or cereal bars that will keep your fuller for longer and supply nutrients!
